Items shipped from our website, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If you want to return or replace the goods, please make sure to contact us by email for confirmation before sending back.

Once the item is received by us, it takes 5 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

If the product is damaged during the shipment, we are responsible for this with reasonable evidence.

If there is any quality problem with the product, we are responsible to change or refund, and the postage cost will be paid by us.

If the size of the product does not fit, we are responsible to change or refund, but the postage cost need to be paid by custom.

Returns on custom products that have had different customization options, including any designs such as logo print, silk print, embroidery, embossing are as follows:

Due to personal design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchange unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If there is a misspelling or error in the design due to a mistake bu us, you are protected to get the guarantee.
All products packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
